Photography Policy

We love to share the fun!

We regularly photograph event and class participants and their creations for use on our website and social media pages for marketing purposes only. If you or a member of your party wishes to not appear in our online or print marketing, please advise us during or prior to your event. Thank you!

We have availability seven days a week for parties. It's best to plan at least a month or more in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Weekend dates book up quickly.

Yes. A $100 deposit is required to reserve our party space for your event.

We will provide you with an event agreement that outlines the details of your chosen event. After you have signed and returned the contract and paid your $100 deposit, your event is officially reserved!

We will work with you to reschedule your event. Please provide a minimum of one week notice if you need to reschedule. We will work with you to find a new date.

Cancelled events will be assessed a $50.00 cancellation fee and the remaining amount of the deposit will be refunded.

You are responsible for paying the balance due during your event.

There is limited parking available at our building. Free parking is available in front of the store on Robert Parker Coffin Road and in either the Stempel or Archer parking lots in downtown Long Grove.

Our parties and classes are held in a room where common allergens are used regularly (wheat, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts). Certain parties and classes utilize food products with these allergens. Please  alert us if you or a member of your group has a food allergy.
